Crystal Lagoon Guest Policy

Want to bring your friends and family to THE LAGOON? Read what policies we've implemented below so that you can show off those crystal blue waters and white sandy beaches. Households of Windsong Ranch may bring up to five guests per day to any amenity, including the Crystal Lagoon.  Only residents of Windsong Ranch can bring guests.

All guests require a complimentary or purchased guest pass at THE LAGOON. Guest passes can be used any operational day at THE LAGOON. To bring guests into the amenities, residents need to be 18 years or older. 

COMPLIMENTARY PASSES
Each household will receive complimentary guest passes to use within the calendar year they were received. These can be picked up by the homeowner(s) listed on the title. If a tenant will be picking up the guest passes, the homeowner must email windsonglifestyle@ccmcnet.com beforehand. Guest passes cannot be claimed by both the homeowner and the tenant from the same address. After all complimentary passes have been used, additional passes may be purchased at the front gate with a card payment method.

Please note, once complimentary passes are claimed, they cannot be replaced if lost.

GUEST PASS PRICING
All guest passes are priced per person and can only be used for one day. These are purchased by card at the west gate of THE LAGOON.  We have implemented a tiered pricing structure shown below. Please note that on holiday Mondays, the weekend guest pass prices will apply.

SENIOR GUEST PASS PRICING
Residents who are 60 years of age or older qualify for a discount on guest passes. On weekdays, senior residents can bring up to five immediate family members free of charge. "Immediate" family members are defined as children, grandchildren, and siblings of the resident. Guest passes for non-immediate family and friends can be purchased for $10 per person any day of the week.

To take advantage of this opportunity, you will need to present your state-issued photo ID in addition to your access card at the gate.

GUEST PASS REFUNDS
If your guest passes have been used and worn and THE LAGOON shuts down before 5:00 pm, you can return them at THE COMMONS. If they were complimentary passes, we can replace them for future use. If you purchased passes, we will provide you with a refund.
