In order to sustain the value of homes within Windsong, community guidelines and regulations have been put in place to provide procedures for doing so. In order to make any physical or structural changes to the exterior of your home, a Modification Application will need to be completed and submitted for approval. Please submit your application along with all necessary information that will help the committee in making a decision. Please take a moment to ensure your request will meet all rules and regulations prior to submission.
All submittals require the following:
- Modification Application
- Copy of survey/plat of your lot to show the location of improvement
- Any additional information
If you are installing a pool or spa, there is a $1,000 refundable deposit required. Payments should be made in person at The Commons by check. Once the construction of the pool is complete, please contact our office to coordinate an inspection.
Once all documents have been submitted, a member of our team will upload them for review and you will receive a confirmation email that states your application is under review. The Architectural Committee has up to 30 days to either approve or deny your request. A member of our team will be in contact with you with any questions or requests for additional information in regards to your proposed modification.
