How can I pay my HOA Assessment?

Visit Alliance Bank to sign in or register to pay your HOA Assessment online.

How much is my HOA Assessment?

The HOA Assessment is $181 a month, billed quarterly at $543 a month.
The Villas and Townhomes have an additional monthly assessment of $254.

What day is trash and recycle collection?

The Town of Prosper contracts with Republic Services to provide household waste and recycling services to residents in Windsong every Friday.

Bulk waste collection is every 4^th Monday of the Month.

Can I host personal parties on common area grounds and pocket parks?

Residents living in Windsong are encouraged to utilize all common area spaces. However, when utilizing the space for larger parties that incorporate outside vendors, approval from the HOA Association is required. Can I park my boat/RV/trailer at my home?

There is no unhitched trailer parking of any kind allowed in Windsong Ranch. Boats, RV’s and trailers must be stored out of view from the street or neighboring properties. Residents are allowed to park these items at the home for loading and unloading only, for a period not to exceed 24 hours.

Can I park my car on the street?

Yes – streets and sidewalks are the property of The Town of Prosper. Please make sure to follow all local street parking laws and do not park on or block any portion of the sidewalks.

Amenities

I am new to the community, how can I receive access to the amenities?

In order to receive access to amenities, you must obtain an access card. Request your access card by filling out this form.

When are THE COMMONS' pools open?

THE COMMONS pools are open year round, daily 4:00 am – 10:00 pm.

When is the fitness center open?

THE COMMONS fitness center is open 24 hours.

Is THE COMMONS available to reserve or rent out for parties?

At this time residents are allowed to reserve space at THE COMMONS Fireside Patio and pool area. For more information regarding how to Host a Party read more, here.

What do I do if I encounter Wildlife in Windsong?

With over 600 acres of green space in our community, Windsong is also home to many native plants and animals. We encourage you to explore these native spaces while being cautious of your surrounding environments.

Should you have any encounter with animals in the community and are in need of removal, please contact Collin County Animal Services at (972) 547-7292.

Is there wifi available in the community?

Free wifi is provided through open networks at both THE COMMONS and THE LAGOON.

Is THE LAGOON open to the public?

THE LAGOON is an amenity exclusive to residents of Windsong Ranch. If you are a resident and are inquiring about guest passes or related information read more here.

Where can I find information about events?

There are multiple ways to stay informed about events regarding Windsong Ranch, including: our weekly e-newsletter (Windsong Living), the Windsong Ranch Community Association Facebook page, Instagram (@livewindsong), Civic Rec, and our event calendar linked below.

How many guests am I allowed to bring to an event?

We know that there are times when you would like to showcase your community with your family and friends. For our resident-only events, you are allowed to invite up to 5 guests (per household) to join you at an event (per our Community Guidelines Policy). The marketing events, sponsored by Tellus Group, are open to the public. We always encourage you to invite as many friends and family to those events.

Are there any fees for events?

Many of our Windsong Ranch events are complimentary. However, from time to time, some classes and events may have a fee associated with it. Any fees are mentioned in the description of the event.

Should I RSVP for an event?

It is recommended that you register for events at Windsong Ranch on Civic Rec. The number of attendees is provided to our vendors and sponsors so they can make sure they have enough supplies for everyone registered to attend the event.
