Barre Classic
Ballet inspired workout focused on helping you find your inner dancer through dynamic flow of traditional barre movements performed to the beat of the music with a ballet bar, or similar support, for stability. Emphasis on proper form, posture, body alignment, and incorporating multiple muscle groups in each progression series to leave your body and spirit feeling stronger than ever.

Camp Gladiator
Camp Gladiator is here at Windsong Ranch! All fitness levels are welcome to join! Plus, you'll be facilitated by All-Star Certified trainers. With 60-minute total body workout sessions, you'll find out why it's the nation's fastest-growing and most recognized group fitness movement!

Lively Morning Yoga
Jill is a Colorado native with Texas roots, and has spent the last 20 years, living in London and Connecticut.  She moved to Windsong this summer with her family. Jill is married, has 4 children, two in college and two in Prosper ISD.  She also has two dogs, Sugar and Scout.

Jill has been practicing yoga since 1998 and has been teaching for over 8 years.  She received her 200hr certification in 2013 and continues to further her education attending various workshops and trainings.  She teaches a lively class and believes that yoga is both a 'work-out' and a 'work-in' where the effort you put forward on the mat transforms both body and mind.  Jill incorporates breath, alignment, and mental focus and tailors her classes for all levels.

Paddleboard Yoga
*SUP yoga is temporarily postponed by the instructor*
SUP (Stand-Up Paddle board) Yoga (All Levels) is an hour yoga class on the water flowing with your breath and the water. In this SUP class you will challenge your balance, explore your yoga in a different way, and have a blast by laughing a lot!

This class is perfect for anyone who has never stepped on a paddle board or taken a yoga class, as well as anyone with yoga and/or SUP Experience. If you are interested in the class or have any questions, join the Facebook group here.

Poolside Pilates
Complete core strengthening workout focused on Pilates principles of proper body alignment, posture, and stability. Complete core includes muscles in the torso, thighs, hips, glutes and hamstrings. This class is designed to challenge the strength thresholds of these muscle groups with control and intensity while increasing flexibility and improving mobility.

Water Aerobics
Water aerobics is a great way to get a full body workout while minimizing stress on the bones, muscles and joints.  Water aerobics will help increase flexibility, build cardio endurance, increase strength through resistance training, and reduce stress in a low-impact environment.  This is a great workout for all age groups - beginner and intermediate fitness levels.  Perfect for the hot Texas summer!

The class will primarily take place at THE LAGOON on Wednesdays and Fridays at 10:00 am. The first class is on June 2 so make sure to sign up now! If you are interested in this class please reach out to class instructor, Charlene Boese (bodybyboese67@gmail.com) to be added to the email list.

Zumba

For the first time, we are bringing Zumba to The Lagoon! Instructor Brenda Aguirre will be teaching classes at the volleyball court starting in the next few weeks. If you are interested in these classes, please fill out this form to let the instructor know your preferred class times.


From the stage to National TV, Brenda has over 26 years of dance experience. It’s only natural she got the call to teach others the power of her passion: DANCE! After all, her inspiration came from those she not only learned from, but was lucky enough to dance with – like Marty Kudelka, Delmar Reyna, William "Willdabeast" Adams, Janelle Ginestra, and Zumba celebrity fitness instructor Kass Martin. Join in on the fun MOVEment and @dancewithbrenda!
