Aqua Fitness and Pilates
Aqua fitness is a great way to get a full body workout while minimizing stress on the bones, muscles and joints. It will help increase flexibility, build cardio endurance, increase strength through resistance training, and reduce stress in a low-impact environment. This is a great workout for all age groups - beginner and intermediate fitness levels. Perfect for the hot Texas summer!
They also offer Pilates classes in the fall season every Wednesday at 10 AM at the breezeway by THE COMMONS, allowing you to keep up with your fitness routine even after the summer is over.
